Lee Harris Donahue is a part-owner and attorney for Limestone Title & Escrow, LLC. Ms. Donahue is a resident of Louisville, who graduated from Louisville Collegiate School and Princeton University. She then received an academic merit scholarship to attend the University of Kentucky College of Law. After graduation, she served as law clerk for Judge Roger Crittenden and then as a civil litigator in complex litigation for Reed Weitkamp Schell & Vice, PLLC. Ms. Donahue served as legal counsel for the Kentucky Real Estate Commission from 1998-2010, first as Staff Attorney and then as General Counsel. During this tenure, she wrote a real-estate law textbook published by ThomsonWest and served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Louisville Brandies School of Law. She ran a legal hotline for licensees, attorneys and consumers and fielded approximately 15,000 legal questions per year. She is a trained mediator and arbitrator and has participated in more than 500 real estate-related mediations. She has been with Limestone since 2010.
