Limestone Title & Escrow is pleased to announce that Greta Pittenger has partnered with us! You may recognize Greta from the closing table, as she has headed up a local title operation for the last 7 years. She is a licensed Kentucky attorney and proud, lifelong resident of Louisville.

Greta has worked as a title and real estate attorney since 2016, and since this time, her knowledge, love and understanding of the industry has only grown. You can find Greta at the head of a closing table, on the other end of a phone call helping clients to solve complex legal issues, teaching CE to Realtors, or visiting local real estate events.

Greta has made a big impression on the local real estate industry, partnering with Realtors and Mortgage Loan Originators to ensure that closing processes are professional and stress-free for Buyers and Sellers. Her secret? Excellent customer service, open communication, and a knack for efficiency.

Greta earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law. During her time in law school, Greta served as a clerk for several boutique law firms and the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office, dipping her toes into criminal, civil, and administrative law projects.

When it comes to her personal life, Greta stays busy with her two young daughters and husband, Ben. When she finds time for hobbies, you can find her on the Pilates reformer or the tennis court, but she much prefers a quiet weekend with quality time spent with family and friends.
