With over five years of experience in the field, Chelsea has successfully closed countless transactions across Kentucky and Indiana. Known for her responsiveness, problem-solving strategies, and expertise at the closing table, she ensures clients feel confident throughout the closing process and leaves no one waiting on an answer.

A former college athlete, Chelsea brings discipline and teamwork into her professional approach. She previously lived in Spain teaching English, an experience that fueled her love for travel. Outside of work, she is also a fitness instructor, enjoys playing sand volleyball, and loves spending weekends at the lake.
